The Parks

exclusive custom guided tours in southern africa

Southern Africa boasts some of the finest National Parks in the world.

The Kruger National Park (ZA) is the grandfather of them all. About the size of Wales, it is home to thousands of species of bird, plant and animal life. The Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park (ZA, NAM, BOT) covers a vast area of the Kalahari Desert, and offers unrivalled seclusion and isolation, along with the complete desert experience. The Etosha National Park (NAM) has wonderful game viewing with excellent facilities across its three main camps.

There are also many smaller parks and private reserves spanning everything from the city to the remote bushveld. If you want that special attention, then somewhere like Sabi Sands (ZA) or one of the other smaller reserves is for you. Pilanesberg (ZA) is the largest of the private reserves offering excellent game spotting and luxury. For specific animals, you could visit a park such as the Addo Elephant Park for example (Clue's usually in the name!).
